Silicone Grease Gone
With GreaseMaster, I've found the most efficient way to get the GreaseMaster/silicone grease amalgam off is to rub off the excess with a dry shop towel, spray the remaining residue with GreaseMaster at 2:1 and start rubbing with a clean part of the towel. Keep changing to a clean part of the towel as soon as the silicone grease builds up and starts to smear. After the GreaseMaster and grease is rubbed off, I hit the bushing (or other surface) once more just to make sure I get it all off and, viola, a clean bushing. It also works exceptionally well (if not better) on the body mounts. Photo: Ryan King, 2006.
